COUPLES

Mary is passionate in helping couples learn healthy habits and patterns in communication and conflict resolution. In couples' therapy, partners will learn how core personality differences, family-of-origin patterns, and emotional wiring affect their respect and understanding of the other.  Mary has had post-graduate training in couples' work from Dr. Brent Atkinson, www.thecouplesclinic.com

INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

Individuals challenged with depression, anxiety, other mood disorders, grief and loss, co-dependency, life transition and family-of-origin issues, can receive practical tools and hope through cognitive-behavior therapy, solution-focused therapy, family systems work, narrative therapy and psycho-education at Family Help Counseling.  Referrals to local psychiatrists can be recommended for medication assessment on a case-by-case basis.
